Looking Glass
0 Artworksby Bill Boxer
Looking Glass explores reflection as both subject and metaphor. Using water and natural surfaces, the photographs dissolve familiar forms into shifting, uncertain spaces that sit between observation and imagination. What appears at first to be representational slowly reveals itself as abstraction shaped by light, movement, and chance. Rather than documenting a scene, the work invites viewers to question what they are seeing and how perception is formed. These images ask for pause and close looking, allowing meaning to emerge through ambiguity rather than explanation.
