The work creates a zone of tension between the visible and the disappearing. The monochrome landscape and rich red sky violate the usual logic of perception, turning space into an emotional state. Two blurred figures are devoid of individuality, they exist as a trace of human presence in an indifferent environment. The tree remains the only stable element, a symbol of memory and time. Emptiness is active here: it does not depict absence, but becomes a projection field, where the viewer encounters his own sense of temporality and vulnerability.

The blurred silhouette and soft fields of light render the figure as a flash of sensation, a moment suspended between inhalation and exhalation. Vulnerability here appears as the readiness to draw near: to dissolve the borders of the body and, for an instant, become part of a world that breathes back.
