Art.is.nectar is a Berlin based contemporary abstract artist. During years of travelling and living in timezones far away he always found joy in other peoples art as a bystander and watcher but was also curious in the process of painting and the applied techniques. His autodidactive creative journey restarted when he was invited by life to find an outlet for words unspoken. He is primarily working with paper rather then canvas. The fragility of paper can be understood as a metaphor for the sensitive character of existance, abrupt ends and fear of destruction. His work is heavily influenced by sound and noise which is an essential part of his creative process. It’s also a reflection of a struggle with an inner voice, which is calming and pushing all at once.
