Bianca Dakli

I was born in Rome and have lived in different cities across Europe over the years. I completed a bachelor’s degree in contemporary dance and theatre in London in 2011. After moving to Berlin I worked for many years as a freelance artist in the field of dance and performance before gradually focusing more on painting, primarily working with acrylics. I have taken part in several group and solo exhibitions, as well as art markets. My artworks depict mostly nocturnal and dreamlike atmospheres, touching on themes of intuition, introspection, and listening to one’s inner voice—inspired by a strong fascination with the moon, the sea and the clouds✨️ Through painting, I embrace the freedom to reflect and create the possibility to approach challenging and difficult emotions like anxiety, grief, and fear with openness, curiosity, and resilience.
