Monia Vitacolonna

Monia Vitacolonna is an Italian photographer whose work is shaped by a distinctive cinematic vision. Her studies in Arts and Cinema at the University of Bologna deeply influenced her visual language, and she conceives each photograph as a frame from an unmade film. Her photographs inhabit a space between reality and dream, where the boundaries between the tangible and the invisible dissolve. Through light, gesture, and atmosphere, they weave intimate, contemplative narratives that reveal the landscapes of the inner world. Her work has been published in international magazines and exhibited in Italy, France, Germany and the United States, including exhibitions with ImageNation in Paris and New York.
