“Concrete Spiritually”

Born in Chile in 1988, I studied Fine Arts at the National University of the Arts (UNA) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and currently live and work in Berlin. My painting explores the intersection of academic tradition and underground culture, bringing together fragmented realities, marginal figures, fantasy and the demonic. Rather than religious symbols, the demonic emerges as a gesture of defiance, freedom and rebellion. My work seeks to challenge established hierarchies and blur the boundaries between the sacred and the profane, the cultured and the underground. It is an attempt to bring the academic down to the streets, while raising the spirit of the streets to the heavens.
